I called CIC and the agent told me that my file is in SGVO and they don't have access to it. 7 months since AOR and the file is still in SGVO. This is unbelievable.

Yes, from the forum I've gathered that sgvo is rather slow in processing applications. They might be handling applications from a few other countries also, that's my guess, of as to why it's causing so much delay. May I know your country of residence?

my passport is now with SGVO. I wonder how long will it take for them to issue the visa and CoPR??
