I have heard from 2 EE candidates of Bd that sgvo takes 7/8/9 month even....I am in the same boat so have patience!!

Bro, at least u have got ur bg in progress for da 2nd time. Hope u will receive ppr by this month.

My bg in progress 2nd time for more than 2 months, that time is a bit longer than avererage fsw outlanders. I'm now really worried.

Today i am very sad!!!. Still NO answer from CIC

now I dont understand the point of express entry. the whole purpose of express entry was to give results in 6 months.now CIC says 80% of cases are processed in 6 months.

people with low CRS Score of March 2016 AOR are getting PPR .for some people in just 1 day background is cleared.How this is possible. definitely there is something screwed up.

I have already paid PPRF .CIC says paying PPRF in advance helps in faster result.It didnt help me. people with AOR later than me are getting PPR. what did i get.

its been more than a year i started this all express procedure and i dont have answer yet.

When you call CIC they dont give any definite answer.same details are replied which i can see for my application

CIC has become worse than third world country immigration process.

Its PNP's who are getting PPR. Have patience. Don't compare CIC to third world country. That's so wrong of you.

Don't worry. The chances of rejection are nil at this stage..
Have some faith. Your time will come.. There are many in the same boat as you.
Background check status time is no longer a reliable marker for the ppr.
Earlier the VO used to send a passport req within 4 weeks of starting the second bg check..
No longer the case now

Hi,

Plz help me guys....
I applied for MPNP and got AOR on 23 Feb 2016. Have not recieved Medical and PPR Request afterwards.
I just checked now. In my documents IMM-008, I have chosen wrong category "Economic Skilled Worker". I should have selected "Family Provincial Nominee".
However my ECAS status and mail status shows "In Progress".
Will wrong category have any impact on my application. What corrective step can I take?

or is that not needed at this stage?

Hi Raman,

I called CIC last week, they told me its in progress and nothing required from my end as of now and asked me to follow up on 20-Sep.
Not sure if am I to expect a news by 20-Sep or to follow up again !!!

I raised a request for GCMS notes last week. Now waiting !!!

If they asked you about 20th that means you can have result before it.
My curiosity is that why they taking too long for Canadian experience class. Its easier to verify the Canadian work experience/study rather than outlands.
Now CEC processing time is exceeding the outland files.

Yes, and the wait is killing.
My BG went to in progress from not needed on 17th july. Still in progress.
Lets see...

Hi friends. Aor 26 feb. Pnp outland ndvo. Bg check went into progress on 25 feb for the 2nd time. However i sent my new born baby docs to cic ottawa and those were delivered on 26 feb. Now after a weeks time bg check again changed to not needed at this time.

Is it due to new born addition to my application? Is it normal?

If yes, how much time ndvo takes to add new born child to existing application? And when should i expect ppr with new born addition?

Anyone faced similar situation pls suggest.
