I`m just waiting to land to start questioning how long does it take to receive the PR card :P

I was informed by my lawyer that it takes between a month or two.

A question to CEC/FSW Inland PPR's

After the PR approval and landing from rainbow bridge or peace bridge. do we need to wait for 180 days to get the OHIP ?.

even though you have a OHIP with the work permit expiry date ?

If you have COPR, address proof and identity proof you may apply for OHIP

We might get it faster. Last year this time, CIC was approving PR applications within 2 months. All my friends got PPR within 2 to 2.5 months last year.

Any updates from NDVO??
