Hello,
Please help me clarify the following:
1) My experience letter says: on an average minimum 40 hours per week : Is this sufficient or do I need to mention full time or permanent. This experience is outside Canada and does not get me LMIA or CEC status.
2) CIC used to reject people for incorrect ECA: My WES ECA mailed copy is a 4 page document - 2 WES logos on 2nd page - one WES logo on 4th page - ECA # *******IMM on page 2 and Reference number# *******/vj on page 4. Is this the correct one?
3) My MBA program was a Twinning program: 1 year in India - 1+ year in US
2008-2009: I completed a few foundation courses in India approved by my US school.
2009 - 2011: My university in US admitted me based upon those foundation courses, GMAT etc. and awarded me the degree MBA in 2011. AACSB accredited and good school.
I just had my US school send the transcripts to WES. The Indian school neither is accredited nor exists today
My WES states some key things like the following:
Canadian Equivalency Summary: Masters Degree
Credential authentication: Official Transcripts were directly sent by the institution.
Institution status: Recognized
But I have the transcripts for the 2008-2009 as a part of my eAPR education history. My work history and personal history will also include this time period.
Would CIC figure out that WES did not evaluate the Indian courses or ask for a proof whether those Indian courses were evaluated? Just wanted to feel safe than sorry later
4)Experience letter discrepancy:
Employer A - Nov 2011 - June 2015
Employer B - June 15 - Present
Employer A's experience letter mentions the duration as Nov 2011- Aug 2015 but not Nov 2011 - June 2015. I wanted my visa to be approved and then switch to employer B. So, I took vacation from employer A though I was working for employer B without A's knowledge. This happens commonly when we need a visa transfer approval in US.
Will I need a LOE or CIC would not question this June 2015 Vs Aug 2015 at all?
5) FBI PCC - It states: NO PRIOR ARREST DATA AT THE FBI. I have a couple of US PCCs dated Apr 8 and 12th 2016. I got OINP AOR only on Apr 8th 2016. By the time I get nominated it could be July 8th 2016. By the time I get eAPR AOR it could be Sep 8th 2016 which makes my PCC 5 months old by then. This happens assuming all goes well. Would you recommend me to apply for another PCC anywhere in 1-3 months? In other words, how long is a PCC valid for CIC?
Thank you very much in advance for answering these questions.
Thank you,
mpsr
