Would anyone know what application type option to choose in the Case Specific Enquiry form, when sending additional supporting documents for my express entry - PR application (FSW Inland) ?

Should i opt for "Express entry" or something else like - "Verification of Status, replacement and ammendments of documents."

Express Entry

The other options are for different visa categories or updating address for a PR card.

Yes. You need to update IRCC if there's any change in your address. Raise an CSE and inform them at the earliest.

Additional doc submitted: 02-May-16
Present Status: Awaiting response from CIC

If any one has a similar timeline and has received any further response, then pls share.

I have got an change in my profile today. Background check went fom in progress to "not needed at this time"

Here is my timeline :

CEC inland with LMIA
8 february : AOR
17 february : Document request (language test)
18th february : Document submitted + medical passed + baground check in progress
4 may 2016 : backround check not needed at this time
