Hi,

First time posting. I'm trying to pick up the PR in-limbo language (AOR, VO, etc.) as quickly as I can :P

I got my ITA on 28th Dec, and submitted my application + documents on 1st Feb. This would be AOR, right?

And I noticed that many of your speak of your assigned Visa Officer (VO), how did you figure out who the person is? I see no point-of-contact to approach and check where my application is at >:(

Cheers!

Hi,

VO refers to visa office and not 'visa officer'. Your VO depends on your current place of residence as far as I know.

Now i am feeling tensed , my VO is also New Delhi visa office...but i didnt receive any call, my Aor is 11 Feb

Any pnp guy who got this call?

Same here guys.. no update yet and no calls. My AOR is 11th Feb I am EE PNP candidate. Not sure if processing is slow for PNP candidates :(
Anyone with PNP from Feb AOR got any calls?

From what I've heard, sometimes a small number of candidates are selected and their background checks are done thoroughly. Not sure if they have a criteria or they randomly select the candidates from the pool.

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum, but I just wanted to share my timeline with everybody else.

FSW Outland
CRS: 458
ITA: January 13th
AOR: February 15th
Medical Passed: February 17th
Background changed to "Not needed at this time": February 21st
Ghost email and call to current employer : April 13th

Hope this is a good sign :D

Could you please share some details, which country are you from and what was you employment background? Just wondering why they call to some people to confirm the employment record and do not call to others. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Guys,

I received GCMS notes, and I can see no negative info there (awesome). However I can see that the criminality check mentioned as Passed, but the security not started...
What's the difference?

How long did it take. I applied 10 days ago.

Could you also share the notes summary if possible
