This is the first stage after you submit the application. For most of them, within a week, the medical results changes the status to Passed. I have applied almost 1.5 months back and there is no change in the status apart from medical.
Welcome to the wait zone. Im considering a wait time of 4-5 months(it can be longer). In the mean time, you may receive the ghost email(s) stating that there is an update on your application.

Yes,Only one so far.. Please update the spread sheet, ACCRA VO is acting really fast..

Hey bud, I can see you applied for BOWP. Do you know how long it will take, any progress or news? As I see in cic processing times, it will take 92 days, but not sure about visa extension for family members...

No Progress, in my case too after medicals passed.

May be we should use this time frame of 3-5 months(or even more) to complete all the pending activities(personal n professional). Once the PR is issued and move to Canada, it wud be difficult to fly back to India regularly.
