Ok, I've just checked my sched 4 letter.

They asked for a sched 4 and a sched 4A - I only needed to give the sched 4 and uploaded an LOE for the 4A.

My UCI was on a separate bullet point but I read that as a formatting issue - no need to submit anything for it.

Thanks Ozlis to come up and clarify this, +1 for you bro!

Hi friend,
In the upload section they only opened one tab and that was for schedule 4, if cic wants both documents from the applicants there should be two tabs opened to upload both documents, and iam inland applicant I applied my student and work visa through cic, so they already have my UCI number and they already mentioned on the letter as well. So I don't think they are looking for a document for UCI number, and if they do iam sure they will definitely ask what immigration document they want, for example student Permit or work permit or the visa.

I recommend you wait for more seniors answer before upload:)

Hello again happy Canada 2015!

Perhaps you are right, since you already have a visa, they have a reference to look into. I am an outland applicant and haven't been to or worked in Canada. So I don't have any document, unless there is another document I probably need to provide. Hope our senior advisers can also share a light on this.

Thanks for your time and have a great day!
ok thanks and good day :D

From what I have read it keeps going back and forth between 'Not Needed at this time' and 'In Progress'. Some people have reported this done for months. Others say this has happened in a short space of time.

What category are you can I ask?

I'm on FSW - IL

I only got the request for Schedule 4 and had one tab opened for it. So I only uploaded that.

I also considered the first bullet point as a formatting thing as after : there was not a specific request. :)

I started panicking for a moment, but it seems that we all had the same issue. I hope we are fine.

I checked it again just in case guys.

The letter look like this:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
 - my UCI - my name:
 - Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes – Provincial Nominees form

So I would still say that it is a formatting issue as logically : refer to the request for Schedule 4.

Hi helena21, this is also exactly how I received it. ;)

Hi again happy Canada 2015!

Thanks for your reply ;D

Just wondering though, sorry to confirm on this...they have already indicated my UCI on the top part of the letter, then in the request they said they needed "documents" (then indicated in 2 separate bullets) one pertains to sched 4 and the other indicating my UCI no.

Is it how it was written on your letter as well? A bit worried bec it states if above documents will not be provided, application can be refused :o

this is how it was requested when I got schedule 4 request. but you have only one slot to upload schedule 4 and I uploaded the schedule 4 for me. so dont worry. just upload schedule 4 form after filling it up

Is there a spreadsheet as yet for this forum? I would do it but I don't know how to.

You can add your Feb AOR's to this speadsheet

Thanks

I was just creating a Feb sheet but I think it would be better to have it on the Jan one because it can be the mastersheet for 2016. Makes it easily for analysis rather than use multiple sheets.

yes, please use cheire's spreadsheet to help each other know where we are standing at the moment. it's good to know we are building a small community here although we don't personally know each one ;D
