That is a very accurate statement (based on current trends). It seems like this is IRCC's immigrant processing priority:doravmon said:Guess Inland are slow
In my case, CIC called my employer 2 days ago. They just confirmed if I was currently working with them and they sent him an email for confirmation of the employment certificates if it were altered or not. Purely attestation and confirmation.vfonte said:Thanks for the reply, Natalia. And also thank you for the wishes!
It seems that calling the employers became more frequently. I've seen happening to you and two other people who got the PPR. The good news is that, apparently, they just ask the regular questions and nothing too complicated. I'm concern because my actual employer speaks English, but it's not his primary language. But if CIC only asks simple questions, I believe it won't be a problem.
This is interesting to hear you say this. I submitted 2 months ago and I have supposedly passed my R10 check (waiting for GCMS notes to confirm). Spoken to my employer in Canada and past employer in Australia and no call as of yet. No call to my bank manager either to confirm POF.JWZR421 said:In my case, CIC called my employer 2 days ago. I wasn't expecting this either. I was shocked when my employer called me and asked if I have an application for PR, told me someone from CIC wanted him to confirm my status and sent an email asking him to sign an attestation document. I asked my past employers if they were contacted but they weren't contacted by CIC. Are you FSW Inland too? I generally thought this is how it goes for FSW Inlanders.JoacRy said:This is interesting to hear you say this. Hi, yes I am FSW Inland (per my signature). I gave advance notice to my employers that they make get a call from IRCC (both in Canada and in Australia). I still talk to current and former employers however to date they have not received any calls. It will be interesting to see what my GCMS notes say.JWZR421 said:I wasn't expecting this either. Oh sorry I wasn't able to check on your signature. Please let us know what your GCMS notes say so we may also be aware. When did you send a request for it? Do you happen to know which VO is processing your application?JoacRy said:Hi, yes I am FSW Inland (per my signature). I got the same ghost emailpolcoin said:I got a ghost email today.. i.e. one day after PPR. (Yesterday's PPR did accompany with an email update).
But today's mail did not show any change in the application.
Also I have submitted my passports in vfs hyderabad today.
Chiron and others have you got a similar ghost email?
Is this a common thing after PPR?
It is important to give your current employer info, Get the details ASAP and upload as a CSEbhavya87 said:I have one question all of members, is it required or mandatory to give details of current employer as I have already given reference letters of only last 6 years, not any information for current employer. Let me know your feedback.
