Question: How long CIC takes to send the passport back once they received it? Reason I am asking is I am moving out from my current apartment by end of this month so wondering should I update my address first or give my current address to deliver the passport back.

I applied through a representative. Now i passed 6 months. Can i raise CSE directly to CIC without mention the representative?

If you know your file number, you certainly can raise a CSE directly. In one of the sections
they will ask you who is making the enquiry and you can select the option Applicant and it
should work fine.
