I have a question about admissibility. My AOR was Feb 1, 2016 and I received my RPRF on July 7. The letter stated that my admissibility check is on going but my application has been found eligible for the class I applied under. I have yet to receive my PPR yet so I am extremely terrified.

I made a huge mistake and shoplifted in Nov 2012 and was caught. The police were called but in the end of it I was not charged, did not have to pay any fines, go to court, etc. The one thing that happened though was that i got banned from the store for a year and also the officer said that it would be recorded that I was arrested but not charged. During the security questions they ask if you have committed, been arrested for, been charged for any crimes. I clicked yes and included an explanation of what happened exactly. I made sure to mention that I was not charged, didnt have to go into the station to be fingerrpinted, or summoned to court.

I know it was a stupid thing to do and I have not done anything like that since. I just need to know do you think they will find me inadmissible. That would break my heart but I did what a did and a girl's gotta live with the consequences of her actions. But seniors please let me know if you think i will face any trouble at this point of my application. Thank you

Hi, I received my aor on second week of feb 2016 and medical pass on march 2016. Review of eligibility is in progress since march and hasn't updated yet.

I am applying from Dubai. Is there a preference for processing applications by CIC based on country of application? Has anyone observed this? Some people I know in Dubai, who have received aor in Nov 2015, have also not got any update since then.

Also, anything that can be done from my end to check the status?

Hi from what I have observed on this forum this is the processing priority:

1) 'FSW Outland
2) PNP
3) CEC
4) 'FSW Inland (sadly I'm in this category)

Nothing you can do to check your status at this point. However as you applied on 2 Feb you can call IRCC to check your status on 2 August.

I'm not sure what the number is to call IRCC outside of Canada.

Hi I am PNP Outland candidate too as of now there is no generalised trend about PNP applicants processing time, also CIC doesn't seem to be expedite any one particular stream application process apparently. Since many approaching there 6 months avg processing time we have to wait and see whether they can accomplish issuing PPR for the ppl who will reach 6 months time shortly.

It is sad. I am from Brazil, and I am facing the same issue here.
Some PNP guys have reached the six months mark, I am almost there, no news related to our processes so far.

Don't quote me on this but the theory is they clear up the queue of previous PPR stamping and send the Passports on Monday. Than the next batch comes out on Tuesday.

I have seen a rain as late as 3pm EST.

So fingers crossed today is the day- i have a gut feel

My Background check still showing "Not needed at this time".
I dont know will I be selected in the coming batch or not.

Really confuse & Stressed at a same time.
