I think Eligibility is Set as NOT STARTED for all PNP Candidates by CPC Ottawa when they transfers the file to LVO . Mine GCMS Notes also showing the same status with transfer date is 5th May

Ghost mail is when you get an email stating the your MyCIC account has been updated, however when you log in to your account there appears to have been no change. It usually means that an immigration officer has been reviewing your account and triggered the email to be sent to you.

Oh, i see. I applied through a representative so that's why i have no idea about this as any communications/updates will go to my representative.

Almost 20 days since my BG Check in progress. Is it normal for FSW Outland category? I'm really scared

I am FSW Outland too and my BG check is in progress since 8th of April. I have already received
my first GCMS notes and ordered a second one last month. It is completely normal. i have seen many other
cases for FSW outland where BG check is in progress for more than one or two months even. Hope this helps.

Hi have you seen this trend with FSW Inland as well? I hope my BG is not in Progress for 20 days or more.

Actually for inland CEC and PNP I have seen the trend that in many cases the BG is in progress within few days/weeks of receiving
AOR and remains in progress till the end. I haven't come across enough FSW Inland candidates to comment about that category.
But the best option irrespective of the category would be to order GCMS notes after the 4th month, so you know exactly where you stand, less worrying and less speculating

Additional docs on 7th Feb'16
Medical approved etc on 8th Feb'16
But BG Check still "Not Required" at this stage.
I have updated the CIC regarding my Job Change in my country through the "Updation Column".

As, I was going through the tread, many people have already in much advanced stages. Can someone update if cases like mine take long to be processed or is it normal ?
Also, kindly update the timelines if possible please.
This is really important for me.

For many applicants BG check doesn't change to "in progress" up until a few days before they receive PPR or in some cases some hours before PPR.
It all depends on your Primary Visa Office and multiple other factors, as to how quickly your file moves. So hold on, nothing to worry if BG check is not in progress, it doesn't
necessarily mean something is wrong.

There has been absolutely no progress from NDVO w.r.t PNP Outland Feb AOR applicants, infact no other category too, if I am not mistaken. So your case in not an outlier, a lot of us are in same boat.

PNP - Provincial nomination program
Calling CIC before 6 months expiry is probably not of much use, but you can try
