Dear JoacRy,

just out of curiosity, did any additional agent or analyst left any notes or updated the old notes, compared to the ones you received from your first GCMS set? Was your second GCMS a copy of the first one? Please look especially into the section where the analyst or agent comments are.

Hi CADCAD, when I match the notes up side by side there is no additional agent or case analyst notes. The notes from the first set are the same as the notes from the second set. Even the time and date the notes were made are exactly the same.

Should I interpret this as good news in that they onlyade the notes once and have not touched my file ever since? Does additional agent notes in the second set of GCMS Notes a sign that the case file is moving forward?

Don't worry about BGC In Progress. 3 of my friends BGC was always in progress till they got PPR. Sometimes people doesn't know how this works and they make stupid comments that scares people unnecessarily.

You are right coolhyd.. I am in the same situation and I was worried too.. But i have a friend and he said the same thing that his status was In Progress from beginning.. Otherwise I was panicked too..

Hi, appreciate any one's feedback on the following. My first set of GCMS Notes had the following Assessment (ordered after 2 months):

Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Passed
Medicals: Passed
Security: Not Started
R10: OK

I received my second set of GCMS Notes (ordered after 4 months) with exactly the same status. What's more just like my first set of notes, my file has not been touched since BG went from 'In Progress' to 'Not Needed' on 26 February.

Should I be concerned?

Joacry, it is teh same story with all. I also ordered 2 sets one at start of month 3 and 2nd at start of month 4. no update since 27 Feb when the file was transferred. Ridiculous isn't it.

Got my GCMS note today. I have been guided by many people from this forum, hope this can help.

Assessments
Eligibility: Passed;
Security: not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started;
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed

I am PNP outlander with AOR Feb 14. Reading the note, it seems that local VO does review everything which secondary office already reviews such as eligibility. And local VO makes the final decision regarding the eligibility, at least in my case.

Second, it seems that my delayed PCC does not affect CPC-Ottawa office review process very much.

Besides all that, I have a feeling that the overall process is slowing down. It seems that my last update is Jun 14 and no movement since then.

Hi everyone, is this normal? After almost five months, criminality is not started but eligibility is met? I thought that criminality is done before eligibility check? Right?

My BG status went in progress like 3 weeks after AOR...
No change ever since.
And I do not have my PR yet. Unfortunately ;D

My BGC says in Progress since the day of the AOR i.e. 21-3-2016 and there had been no progress since then !!!

It has always been in progress :-\
