if the PCC itself is OK, I mean no detention/arrest - as it is written clearly in certificate, what they are checking or even more, how they can reject? based on what?One_Topsy said:Most provincial nominees shouldn't have issues with NOC choice and education...PCC - very possible.
I'm not sure really. Most people rejected on grounds of PCC submitted outdate PCC or invalid - not really any criminal issue.droidkar said:if the PCC itself is OK, I mean no detention/arrest - as it is written clearly in certificate, what they are checking or even more, how they can reject? based on what?
In India several authorities issue the PCC. Some applicants changed locations and submitted the PCC from the wrong institution.droidkar said:if the PCC itself is OK, I mean no detention/arrest - as it is written clearly in certificate, what they are checking or even more, how they can reject? based on what?

Had the same request. I hear that it ususally takes 7-10 business days. I applied from Calgary. It might vary from places. I have heard people have got it in 2-3 days as well.
