i have a quick question to the friends who got their PPR:
I am moving to a new address next week (i'm expecting a PPR soon as well). I am wondering when I send out the passport, will they ask me for the address where they can return my passport? or do they just send it over to whatever you indicated in the application? Do i need to submit a form to inform them of the address change even if my application has already been completed?

When you send your passport indicate the address where you want your passport to be returned. If your application is still in process then send a CSE with your new address.

On 14Feb2016 I crossed 6 months post AOR, No PPR, No ghost mail since August 2015
Already filed CSE on 12Feb2016. Should I still request for GCMS notes
Somewhere I saw if you are PNP applicant it takes more time than FSW applicant.
Is this correct?
Whereas I felt that PNP should get PPR faster bcz they have already done so much of verification.
Also, on forum I found that due to Syrian Refugee immigration, CIC has got lot of backlogs due to which now its taking somewhere from 6 to 9 months duration.

I had received nomination from Nova Scotia Demand Express Entry which enabled me to get ITA.

Medical cleared:15Aug2015

Everyone who got PPR - could you let me know how long CIC gave you guys to land? We got the PPR, but passports arent back yet. Out medicals expire in May. Will we get only 2 months to land then?

CIC explicitly states that you have to land in Canada before your medicals or your passport expires (whichever expires first).
Assuming your medicals expire first, you have to land before May.
