Yours is probably very closed. The status without any update is "submitted". As soon as they update your application, although you see no changes, it becomes "updated". If you click on your profile to see any update, then since you checked for the update, it becomes "submitted".

Guys need some info..

2 things.

* When we get a Ghost mail and do not see any updates in MYCIC account

* When we log in to MYCIC and see the status as “Updated” but do not see any updates in the account

What above 2 things mean? Is it like some officer is checking your application?
