There is a new processing time apparently and for FSW its 15 months. Check out CIC website

everything is same , even pnp and cec shows as 15 months, hopefully it is a typo error or so.

Hey guys, this is what CIC says right after 15 months as processing time:

Last update: January 21, 2016 Updated weekly

Since Express Entry is a new system and not enough applications have been received yet, processing times are not available but we have committed to process the majority of applications in six months or less.

So they are going to keep it close to 6 months, as stated before for our cases.
