I submitted my CSE in the beginning of December or could be end of November. I received the automated message. But never received any acknowledgement that says info has been attached to my file. you would think that they are on top of things, paying attention to CSE's that we send them, but doesn't look like it.

I did send them CSE of passport renewal same like you but never get any response ....

We, too, had send cse with renewed passport scans last month. It took about 3 weeks to receive an email that documents were received and attached. Hope it actually worked.

That could be the probable reason that your BG is not started yet (mine only started today) . Let's hope you get a request letter for new passport bio pages like me asap. Or they acknowledge your CSE and issue you PPR straight away . I mean we already sent the new bio-pages , they just got lost somewhere in their system.

Congrats on officially being a permanent resident. :).

Regarding POF, did you show the bank statement of your local bank ? I mean was that sufficient ?

Wow - just received my PPR!!! Can't believe it! :D :D :D :D

My updated timeline below. Visa office is Sydney (Australia).

Quick question: I hold two passports (different nationalities) and listed both of them in my eAPR.

The PPR email doesn't have any instructions about which one to send - does it matter? Or should I send both?

Anyone in a similar situation?

Congrats on your PPR. :)

You can send a mail to CIC asking them which passport you should send, I'm sure they will clarify it for you.

If you're an outland applicant, immigration agents will not expect you to have pay stubs since you probably quit your job anyways to move to Canada. I think it only makes sense that they ask for paystubs if you were an inland applicant. For outland, pof is mandatory (e.g. Bank account, brokerage account, 401k...etc)

Hmm, that makes sense. So I assume the bank statements of the past 3 months from my local bank will be sufficient. Is that right ?
