hello..my background check still says as 'not started'...
fsw inland Aug 15th Applicant.. does anyone's background check says in progress for Aug applicants??

I didn't misunderstood, but didn't express my self precisely enough. We are able to sponsor them with their medicals done. If they haven't undergo medicals, we wouldn't be able to do that anytime in future and only thing that we would have to do in regards to that matter is to sign affidavit with public notary that we are aware of it. In that case they wouldn't insist on medicals anymore (we already had the other parent statements that she doesn't allow them to undergo) When saying Officer was persistent enough to not let it go just like that - he wanted us to try to convince the other parent once more and I think that is so awesome. And he stated all of the above mentioned - but he used immigration terms and quoted immigration law related to it on the entire page.

CEC + LMO, inland. But non accompanying dependents are in Croatia. I really hope it'll be uploaded on time. They gave us 45 days extension. My only concern is panel physicians can mess up with when uploading etc. I've read few stories. (Stajaznam)

Edit: All of the requests were sent through MyCiC account. The above mentioned was actual fairness letter.

I applied on Aug 24th and my background is in process from 50days....

If they did their medical in Croatia, than they could only have it done at Zagreb, same as me.

If they dont require any special tests, the medical results will definitely be uploaded with a few days. The only reason for delay is if they are wating for bloodwork or something in those lines..

Mine was one of the stories with the messed up medical lol but I don't think that will happen to you

Yes, I've just read it. Truly scary.
There's only one panel doctor in Zagreb to do it. I really hope he won't mess up. I will email him by the end of the next week to follow up just in case (if nothing would be uploaded by then). Children did their medicals on Monday.

Yipes. CEC and LMO. WP under that LMO was expiring few days after we submitted the application. We have submitted on August 07. In process since August 13. First doc request was celpip the same day. Medicals were done upfront.

If she had any visas issued than she can send it., but if it only has entry/exit stamps I would just stick with what she already sent and wouldnt send that

Called CIC today and was told that CIC is not sending PPR for August AORs at the moment and that I just have to wait. It has been almost a month since DM for me.
They did not specify any reason. I suspect the elections have something to do with these delays.

I have a funny situation at hand dont know what to do, I travelled to the USA for a day trip in June this year and I totally forgot to include this information in my Travel history form.

Now I had a Masters program done in 2004 in Greece in an American university and CIC is asking for an FBI certificate or prove that I was not resident in USA for 6 months or more, the 1st time I travelled to the USA was in June 2015, and I sent them prove that the 1st time I traveled to the USA was June 2015 three days ago.

Now am realizing that my information may be conflicting as I did not include my US trip in my travel history but sent prove that I travel in June, by the way I summited my application end of Aug.

Should I send a new Travel history form to CIC with letter of explanation asap or wait and see if they will notice the missing information from Travel history form?

Don't wait ....this can be taken as misinterpretation. I m not sure where but I read something like this in rejection thread.
It never hurts to act fast and explain urself clearly ASAP. Because misinterpretation not only cause rejection but can lead to ban.
I don't want to discourage u or scare u but I think u should explain urself.
Also try contacting Asivad anac. He would better guide u.
