AOR in August 2015

I finally got my application in myCIC to show status, and my ECAS just started working again hurayyy

a question;

my application now says:

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
A final decision has been reached Not Started

ecas has only two lines, recived your application and started procesing ( august 5).

According to this, is my application really behind now? Is your background check not started or not needed?

Well may be u guys started following forum around when u applied .......I am following since long now and it is an established fact that there is no weekend with CIC. Rather they use to do most draws on Friday, most updates like medical pass or BG check on Saturday and most PPRs on Sunday. No fixed days though but most updates are on sat and sun rather than weekdays. I may not check on weekdays but I make sure to check on weekends

I was under the same impresion as well... most of the updates i was aveare of happen friday or towards the end of the week

Sadly (or luckaly) i have been following this forum since the beginning of ee

my ECAS was updated to today, with the line you all got last week: Medical results have been received.

it's not much, but makes the (wo)man happy 8)

I do appreciate your support :-* If only I could have as much support in real life as well , but virtual is fine as well

btw, I am at my 87 days since AOR indianaspirant.. EE is filled with "magical dates", so far I have yet to see mine!

I often wish I had the fastforward button in my life, but then if I had, I would miss the opportunity to learn a huge lesson in this process, and the one I naver had to learn: patiance.

funny, wikipedia deffines patiance as: Patience (or forbearing) is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without acting on negative annoyance/anger; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can take before negativity.
