Thank you for pointing out my mistake. Actually I received ITA on 27JUN which is actually 26JUN as per Canada time zone. I wil correct my signature...

I just got schedule 4 and 4A request. I worked with my business for 3 months only which is 1 and a half years back and i got nominated under ontario human priorities stream. Do i still need fill all the filelds like bank details and all in 4A? Please let me know.

Did you have a Provincial Nomination or LMIA which would make the category of the job important enough for CIC to reject the application the first time around?

That is new. They requested an original test result? And gave you one week? It might be hard/costly to deliver that to Canada if you are outland.
