No update since beginning of Sept - but i am completely OK with this as this process should take up to 6 months. I mean it's only been a month for me and good things happen to those who wait.sukhdeep1234 said:Hello All FSW Inland: any updates look like FSW is the Slowest of all : : : :

If you're a PNP applicant, you should get it by late October hopefully... CEC's and PNP's have faster processing time, rightfully so... Being a CEC candidate implies you'll assimilate very well and fast to the Canadian life (since you already worked there before), and being a PNP means that your province foresees that you'll impact its economy fairly fast.... FSW's come with a little bit of risk... I'm sure they have a lot of stats to show that a good portion of FSW PR's remain jobless for a long time..harsha5085 said:I am expecting something november ending may be...
Well, what about FSW who's currently working in Canada? They (we!) have already assimilated, but application processing time is higher than outland FSW. That's ridiculoustomneversfield said:If you're a PNP applicant, you should get it by late October hopefully... CEC's and PNP's have faster processing time, rightfully so... Anyways, good luck to all of us...
Yeah you're right, Inland FSW's who are working in Canada should be processed faster than Outland FSW's.. I read a lot of posts indicating the Inland FSW's have the longest processing times in general... Someone suggested maybe it's because CIC has to do their due diligence in checking your background and documents, whereas outland FSW don't require the extra steps of 'check ups'.. I think it makes sense to an extent.. In all cases, I hope PPR's rain on the August group in November, regardless of what their program is!anarsoul said:Well, what about FSW who's currently working in Canada? If being a CEC applicant "suggests" a higher probability to adjust better to a new life in Canada, why our friends in CIC grant the ITAs under FSW category to so many applicants who qualify under CEC too? Just curious...tomneversfield said:If you're a PNP applicant, you should get it by late October hopefully... CEC's and PNP's have faster processing time, rightfully so...
