Same issue here but I did submit my language test report in that section. My immigration agent suggested me to do so.

I can't see mine :( but it's there in the past approved applications.

It probably just means that they haven't created your file for EE yet!! I have a UCI from other applications as well but they haven't updated it on my profile.

It will happen soon enough :).

The curse of being PNP inland applicant. Two months have passed since AOR and not even medicals passed. I should have gone for FSW instead of PNP. Infact in 2 months I will be eligible for CEC inland :/

Wow, this is some serious BS!! It should be faster for those who have obtained Provincial Nomination. But with all the new improvements coming, I hope they are looking into fixing all their issues and get a little more efficient!!

Hello guys, any of you have sent a electronic PCC (no stamp or signature, issued with a electronic signature)?

Hi guys, I received my AOR on april 15th and MP on May 10th. But the statues of my background check has always been NA since AOR, does that mean they have not started my background check yet? Any help would be appreciated.
this is normal, and yes.

What country is this for? Did you read cic's PCC specific instructions for that country?
PCC from Portugal. On the cic specific instructions do not say anything about it, but is necessary. In the Spanish one also don't say anything about legalization, but people has been rejected because the PCC does not have any stamp, so all the Spanish we do a legalization of the PCC. Same applies to Portugal, but it is difficult to find the process on how to do it from outside of Portugal. I need PCC from 3 countries, for any of the 3 the specifications on CIC website were right, all was outdated.

I have the same changes as people are talking about. I was not asked any additional documents, I did have a LOE though.

I know that applicants with AOR 3rd April have started getting medical passed. Lets hope ours come soon.

Yea PCC instructions for some countries seem to be slightly outdated. I know for UAE they accept e-PCC (heard people who got PR via EE after submitting e-PCC) and there is no stamp, just e-signature. And there are instructions on how to verify the validity or authenticity of the e-PCC (which i'm guessing CIC does for all PCCs, whether electronic or not, don't quote me though, i'm just speculating this).

Countries like Kazakhstan, CIC specifically mentions on its website that it does not allow online (or electronic) PCC. Therefore, the applicant from such a country should only get a physical PCC.
