I'm not sure about when IP1 and IP2 started for me, but since 6 months got over on 7th October, I wrote to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca asking them about the application status. And i got an e-mail saying PPR had already been sent on 18th July. I'm 100% sure it had gone into Spam and i had no idea, plus there was absolutely no update on the MyCIC website. So, they sent me the PPR again on the 11th.
PPR: 11th October, 2017
So, the PPR emails are sure to go into Spam. Guys, please keep checking your e-mail spam folder everyday from day one after AOR itself. And those who have crossed six months, write to CPC-CTD immediately.

Appreciate you sharing your story.
I wish it was the case for all of the users waiting for PPR since April and beyond.
But unfortunately, it is not the case.
No I didn't but today I received an email from cic that in my cic account was updated that my application is approved and background check is completed.
Did you get your passport back? I got the update message in my account right now stating that my application is approved
My visa office is Paris and that's why i wrote to them. The adress mail is : parisimmigration@international.gc.ca
I don't mention anything spécial except the fact that i'am closing the six months and i don't have any update. That's all

I have received a call from cic asking about my job and canandian education. She told me that I will see an update in next 2 days. Also, when I login today, it says my background check is in progress (IP3)

Hello Guys, my status for passport submitted on VFS website shows, "Your processed passport has been forwarded to Canada Visa Office Singapore"
