1) Usually two/three days before the test start date. 2) The invitation email will instruct you to send them an email, and then they will reply you with an email saying that they acknowledge your situation and let you do the test.

Status was updated on December 1st without any changes, and it was updated again on December 6th showing the background check was completed.

I renewed my passport recently and also got AOR last week, does anyone know how to update/upload it to IRCC? Is the webform only used for updating address and contact information? Or should I just leave it as it is?

I got AOR today. Online application submitted on May 03.

Got an update a few minutes ago, background check went from NA2 to IP3. Meanwhile, got a message about how to find a job in Canada.

First, it showed updated... I was so excited and nervous. Then, I saw this weird message. If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you. When I logged out and logged in again, I saw Your action is required. weird!!! Open again, nothing new.

Don't know why...... Review of medical results changed from You passed the medical exam to If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you.

Congratulations!!! Today, my background check got an update, from We are processing your Background check to Not Applicable

Seems no hope to get any news before Christmas....

Did anyone ever think about withdrawing the application and re-apply??? Will that make a difference?

So sad and confused, and frustrated.... my roommate submitted in September, 5 months later than me. He got PPR today!
