I have the same situation, AOR 20th Feb . Last update April 19th and after that no updates.everything was going so fast before the strike, but since it happened it seems my application got stuck.

Right now is a good time to call IRCC, not sure if you already did that. Sometimes they say that they sent an email, but something goes wrong. Won't hurt to check with them once you are all stages passed in tracker

1- Biometrics still in progress for my partner on tracker but on gc key i have the date with completed biometrics. So it's just a glitch from tracker right ?
2- What should I ask to the agent ?If the next step is the PPR ? What are the other steps ?

#1 - yeah, it stayed like that for me too. Which was a bit off, but I trusted my GCkey. So, no issues there!
#2 - ask them about the status of your application. Open discussion first and then ask everything's completed on tracker, but you've not received any email yet (mention how long you've been waiting since everything's pass) and that you are afraid that the email was sent, but not delivered.
oh i forgot to say but i called them on May 16th to ask her if the medicals were passed for both of us and she said yes.
after she told me that everything was passed and now there will stay only the final decision which should be ok cause everything has been successfully passed.
That's what she said to me.
But it's been 10 days already ...

hello @iSaidGoodDay Update. My partner's biometrics are now written as COMPLETED also on tracker. So does it means someone has looked our file ? Or it's automatic update ?yeah, uncharacteristically, I'll say that you should still call
This a bit uncommon. Only biometrics I was that was updated/changed that late were Daren's. And she got her PPR after a few days.
