I had a valid job offer which I submitted with the application.
Then got another offer and started working for them so updated IRCC with the new valid job offer.
Could this be a reason it is taking time to process my application?

My AOR date is Feb 16th 2019
Medical Passed on 4th April 2019.
2 weeks back i received an email from Ottawa VO that 'Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times' and when I called the customer care to check what additional verification they did not have any such info. Anyone else got such email
