Congratulations to you ! The officer sent PPR email but according to web form, your application was still in process. This means there is discrepancy within their teams. I'm glad they believed you never received the email. I believe the email expires in a few days.

When they extend medicals, dont they update the date under medicals section? Mine still shows ‘you do not need medicals’. 10 days ago an agent said she sees recent notes on my file but can not disclose what it is about and also mentioned my file is under review.
