How to book an appointment for Biometrics in India? Anyone has an idea or if anyone has booked the same recently? If no, any idea when the booking for FSW will resume as I can see it only for other categories - Spouse, Student, Family etc.

You can't do Bios in India at the moment. Wait for official communication from VFS/High Commission of Canada in India. Else go to Dubai/Nepal/elsewhere.

I caught a ghost update today...Logged into my and it was showing application updated but nothing changed inside.

Lol, I guess that's why it's called a Ghost Update. If there's anything useful about it then it's that feeling of knowing that someone did touch your file at least.

Thanks for the information. Any idea how to book an appointment from Nepal/Dubai/Bangladesh/elsewhere? I mean wanted to know the steps. Is it like selecting on vfsglobal.com "I'm Applying from" as Nepal/Dubai/Bangladesh/elsewhere and "I'm going to" as Canada to book an appointment. Also, if you have an idea if this causes any changes/repercussions at a later stage, for example - Need to fly out from Nepal/Dubai/Bangladesh/elsewhere or anything else if you know about it.

No need to worry, it will surely come. I'm December 22 AOR, everyone in my group got their BIL either on Friday, January 22 or Monday, January 25 but I'm yet to get. Some of us are actually meant to arrive the party late. We'll still be fine in the end.
