HI,

I have received the AOR Dt.08.04.2016 and waiting for the decision for PR. i uploaded my passport with only the front and back page ,but recently throught different posts here i came to know that i was supposed to upload the pages with visa stamps too.i have been on tourist visa to UAE and Thailand. Now i am concerned if this could lead to rejection of my application.please guide about can this really have a negetive effect on proccessing of my PR Application. Is it possible to upload my passport again.

There is another confusion about PCC. Do we have to get different PCC for different states i worked within the same country. or the different PCC are required for different countries you stayed after you attained 18 years of age.

Please Guide me.

Regards

iam not sure about other categories but for FSW outland all passport pages are not needed, only bio pages would do......secondly if u get PCC from PSK it applies for entire nation, u dont have to get it from different states.

hi All,

I am new to the group and would like your input on my case. Here's my timeline:

Category: PNP/FSW inland
AOR: April 29, 2016
Meds passed: May 11, 2016
Bckgrnd check In progress: May 11, 2016
Bckgrnd check not needed at this time: July 3, 2016
Bckgrnd check In progress: July 12, 2016

I wonder if this is a normal pace for application processing or unusual? Should I expect approval this month or August? Is there still a chance for additional docs request?

Your pace is very fast. My AoR was March 28. My bg check went to in progress 2nd time on July 7.
Normally when bg changes to in progress 2nd time, PPR is very close.
Hopefully we will hear good news soon. Good luck.

Hi Raj how do we know bg check changed to in progress in 2nd time?

Well, it does not happen to all the applicants. It is common for inland applicants that background check goes to in progress initially, then after a few days or weeks it changes to not needed (like my case). Then after quite a long wait, background check turns in progress again. Thats when PPR is close.

Hope it helps. Good luck

Is there any reason why some applications take less time for it to be processed? Some members here got their RPRF in about three months :o
