hey guys
need your help in answering some of my questions

1. --> I got an invite on April 20th 2016 where I submitted all my documents on June 16th , (medical done June 11th). There has been no change in status till date which Review eligibility in progress. My Question is if CIC is looking for additional documents, where exactly can I see in my profile if they asked for it. Can some guide me to navigate there?

2. --> Where can I see if my profile was selected under CEC or FSW class?

The questions may sound silly, it would be of great help if someone can respond. Thanks a lot

Mine also same like yours- I have submitted on 16th june too and NO UPDATE so far.

1. Once, they will update or ask anything you will see massage in your cic myaccount. You will get an email notification on any update.
2. Once you have submitted e-apr you will no longer see where you have selected in your cic account.
it is clearly mentioned on your ITA letter that which category you have selected.

Hi my BG check changed to in progress yesterday , but I did not received any mail notification .
Could you please update any one had same experience.

Even iam April 19th AOR but FSW outland, so my wait continues...and yes there are some threads wherein i read about people with same exp of bg inprogress but no notification yet.

I see a lot of applicants get their BG status changes to 'not needed at this time' after 3 or 4 weeks.
Do other people received their PR without any change in their BG check ?
I'm CEC Inland.

Same situation here - AOR on April 13th, additional documents provided on April 18th, Background in progress since the beginning...

FSW with PNP outland

Maybe it's longer for someone who answered "yes" for the stat questions (CSQ refusal and 2nd US visa in my case)

hi boblee2000, my aor is april 23. and my background check pwent to in progress when cic requested june 2 to rescan my poice clearance, JUne 2 i submitted it, the after two days june 4 my background check went to not needed at this time.

may i know your updates as well?

hi were almost same aor mine is april 23, but im a FSW Inland... BG change in progress when cic asked me to rescan my police clearance JUne 2 then after i submitted it same day JUne 2, then after 2 days went back to not needed at time..
yes for you maybe you PPR will come soon advance congrats !!! as per my readings in timelines here like (AOR in January) when the BG change again to in process high probability of getting the PPR soon. Godbless

No update so far. My BG is still in "not needed" now.
