AOR Application received for post Oct 11 applicants?

Basically you get an email from CIC, saying they have received your file, with a file number and it will be forwarded to office.

How do I access tracker?

I moved to calgary, June 2017

Location: Calgary
App. Type: Single
Physical Presence Days: 1437 on Oct 11
App. Sent: Oct 11
App. Delivered: Oct 13
today I can view my status online if I type my UCI



Yes, email is from cic, and yes I can now see my info on the online cic check status site.




Sucks though if it is.

I am even expecting it to be longer because of the volume of applicants but surprised this morning by the email.

It was immigration service. For the permanent residency and nothing else.

I dont think cic and its employees will waste time corresponding to scores of applicants saying "hello" on their emails.

my application was delivered on 25th Oct. that means i should expect my AOR in 2 weeks :O?

I dunno. The tracker shows 2 who received their aor today. Sent and delivered on same dates, both with same profile, single applications.

You can’t extrapolate yet until you see data on succeeding days.

Its fascinating how IRCC works.

3 people have gotten their AOR as per the sheet today.

My guess is that they dump packages into a sorting bin. So depending on where you are in the pile you might get the AOR early or late. But thats obviously a speculation.

Either way its heartening to see things moving!

Congrats Jamie. do you mind if I ask, did you include copy of the biographical page on the passport or did you include full copy of the whole passport with your application? (I'm asking because there is discrepancy between the check list and the application guide and I didn't include full copy of passport)
