Called CIC, Aor Dec 20th. Agent said eligibility passed on the date of ip2. Last step is waiting for finalization.
I guess they are waiting for whole batch to complete... as they generate the PPR email in batch

hey just had a question so when you get asked to submit schedule 4,there is a section where you enter the funds, but do you also attach a bank statement or any sort of proof of funds, when submitting schedule 4?
I am pnp-inland (jan 20th aor), with just medical passed as yet but i just want to be sure about this part as currently my account is below the pnp-inland fund requirement.

What is PNP-inland fund requirement? I searched hours on this forum and for people who are already in Canada and also working in Canada, maybe they don't even need to prove any funds... Some ppl said "0" for the question how much funds they have and they got approved...

Got my GCMS today. Eligibility is passed, however security is blank (no idea why). My group name is EE Dec Pace and group # is 2-MXFGO7X. Anyone has the same group number?

We need not attach bank statements along with Schedule 4. However, we do submit bank statements at the time of submitting eAPR. If you are applying under PNP category for Federal PR, you do need to maintain minimum funds as per http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp depending on the number of family members.

The only time that one does not need to provide proof of funds is when the applicant is applying under CEC category or is an FSWC or the FSTC applicant who is currently authorized to work in Canada and has a qualifying offer of arranged employment from an employer in Canada.

Encouraged by some posts that secure outstanding changed to PNP is a good sign, having s.15(1) in a corner means end of this agony is coming to its end and holding on to some other straws of hope, I called call centre today to confirm my hopes that my PR is on the way.
It is not. Security check is still ongoing, secure outstanding group name is still there even though I don't see it in my notes. It can take one more month or another 11, no one knows.
I guess it is time to say goodbye to Canada, we extended our vistor visas already 3 times, last ones are still not approved as they have backlog for that too of 2,5 months. I had enough of it.
I hope that everyone will get their PR's soon enough not to experience the disgust I am currently feeling about this country and the whole immigration process.
Good luck to all of you!

It's disheartening to hear about your terrible experience. More power to you.
