Today I have received my Evaluation report from ICAS for SCDL - PGDBA. It says comparable level in Canada is - Post Bachelors Diploma. I hope this ends loads of queries about the evaluation of SCDL diploma's.
Though I took admission in 2005, I completed the diploma in 2010 and it was awarded also in 2010. I also got my regular B. Com degree evaluated from ICAS and that is equivalent to Bachelors degree (3 Years) in Canada.
Thus it is pretty much evident from this forum is that IQAS and ICAS are evaluating the SCDL diploma's. Forget WES and start applying to these 2 agencies
Please do not hesitate to ask me any queries which you have regarding this.

I am not sure about the points. Have to recheck on CIC website. So far I know this will fall under "2 or more degree/ Diploma". Any experienced member can tell you better about this.
Although not of too much interest to anyone at the moment. Still sharing tracker
DD and docs reached SCDL pune by courier from Delhi today. The person from ScDL was kind enough and called back and informed himself that they received my courier. He has assured that coming Monday or Tuesday he will courier the docs(sealed envelope) to IQAS directly.
Will keep u guys posted.
Just FYI mine is Masters diploma in international trade started in 2001 and completed in 2003 from SCDL/ Sims.
So banking heavily on IQAS now.

Thanks for updating. Please keep us posted on how it goes with IQAS. I also have MBDA from SCDL completed in 2004, similar to your timeline.
Plz tell if you have plans to get evaluated for your bachelors degree too??? Or you are only sending the SCDL documents only
Please let me know the name of the program which you evaluated from IQAS and did you send your bachelors degree along with the SCDL diploma or only the diploma?
I got my graduation assessed from WES. So not getting it evaluated again. Moreover it requires lot of time to get the documents. So only masters evaluation from IQAS this time.
I got a call from them that they received my courier and the person confirmed , he will inform me when be prepares envelope coming Monday. Just to ensure that right things go into it before they send the envelope to IQAS.
But no email as such.
