''Dear XXXX,
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.
The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. These instructions specify that only applicants who have work experience in certain listed occupations or applicants who have an offer of Arranged Employment and that are accompanied by the results of the principal applicant’s English or French language proficiency assessment are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.''

Dear Faanni,
Yes, This is possible.. Application fee encashed does not mean applicant eligible and pass to CIO step..

Generally and simple process like that:

1- Application recieved by the CIO / Sydney office
If file is complete and support documents, forms etc. good stand jump Step2 If not not encash money and application file will return back to applicant for correctings.
2- Application fee will encashed
Starting file assesstment by the CIO officer under the MI and will eligibility checking
3- If applicant eligible Positive decision will make by the CIO / If not negative decision will make with why- which letter and refused with reback payment too.
4- If positive decision made by the CIO will pass applicant file to responsible Visa Office (Their Country)

Hi: anukapur9

My refund was not made becasue once i got the wrong assessment from the CIO, I immediately let them know the error made while asessment. And I requested them to fix the error, and within 2 weeks they sent me the PER (I did not send another application).

I hope it will answer your question.

Thanks

Dear friends,

I am confuse about this think; CIO Manual OP Federal Skilled Worker Process document said: After CIO Eligible process our files sent to responsible visa office. This time before 26 June 2010 Applicants have a 120 day deadline for their application files sent themself to VO.. Now, My question is; When our files transfer to our responsible VO Do we have any response time or deadline ?

Or we need to wait VO will return and ask for documents??
