But first time they sent same day NER - email... This time not any hearing :-[

hei, ciao, no non sono italiano, ho studiato qui e sto lavorando finché CIO mi accetti,
io sinceramente non so cosa sta succedendo in CIO e vorrei solo capire se la risposta è PER o NER, sono un po annoiato..
e tu?sei italiano/a? ho sentito ke c'è ne sono tanti italiani ke sono stati immigrati in Canada..

Ciao sono indiano , anche io studiato 1 anno alle Brescia (Lombardia) in italia poi dopo cambio permesso di soggiorno in motivi di lavoro 5anni in IT alle Brescia, ma dopo cerchi lavoro alle stati uniti da italia, adesso io in stati uniti.
e certo che tanti italiani immigrati prima tanti anni fa.. anche in stati uniti. punti 66 totale a come non e bene , punti 67 a piu e meglio anche non e rischio per NER.

My First application as on December 1 - they sent to me NER email 1 March 2011 and after one week they refund my application fee. After this application in NER E-mail they created to File number as start E00xxxxx.

When I re-apply second one as on 26 April they recieved file and 4 May they take new application fee too. After, I try enter ECAS before my created file number then It show my old one details and new one details. Again on 3 June I checked they put ER complete etc...

Not a good news: I got a NER, but not satisfied with the decision.

According to me my points were 68, but they rejected the case becasue they awarded me only 66 marks. They did not award me 22 marks in Education Section, they only awarded me 20 marks and they did not award me ponts for the 2nd gree in Law (LLB). I have 14 years of BA, and 3 years of LLB( Law). I did not know why they did not award me 22 points for my 2 bachelors degrees (BA and LLB).


Very sad and disappointed. I do not know why did they not consider LLB (Law) of 3 years. Please someone suggets.

Dear Kan,
They did not recognize your LLB as second degree. They counted only your Bachelor thats why officer give 20 Point. You need to re-apply and with your file explaining letter attached too ( 14 years full finished BA + 3 years full finished LLB with their Diplomas + transcripts etc.)

Do this immediately, when they put back your refund in your account or c.card you can send new application.

Sorry about this news...this confirms that if one receives an e-mail which does not straight away confirm PER, then it is likelly to be NER. Good luck to the rest of us..Mandie

I am in Canada, as the case representative of the applicant i have talked to CIC representative over the phone. The CIC lady were not listning anything and were repeating the same "you cannot appeal.... blah blah". She was rude as well as did not know anything. And at the end she disconnected the line.

They did very unfair with the application, they did not even tell in the aseesment letter why they did not award 22 points? At least they should tell the reason! vey unfair and disappointed work by Canadian officials at Nova Scotia

You can not Appeal, You can only Re-apply after your refund return to you. With new application, you need put explaining letter too.
