Anyone with DOUBLE E-STATUS changed, In Process to "DECISION MADE" & "INPROCESS"

hey guys in my case there is also two status:

first is Decision made against my last application in 2009 which was refused due to my spouse documents.

second is In process for my present application in 2011 as now i already received MR,RPRF and PRR in april.

just confusing me .
today i shocked when i see this situation in my ECAS.

As per my openion It seems mix up of site data
As there is different file numbers to open the online status of two different cases of even a single person and site is showing status of TWO cases at a time in your case

Even in my case i can view the status of my ecase there is double status and i can view with either of the two file numbers allotted at the time of my initial Application and the new file number allotted by new delhi office after submission of full set of documents.
I Hope its an error in site date and will be sorted out soon.

I am really confused as today when I checked my status ECAS, Its written Processing was started in xxx june'12 and decision is made, visa office will contact you regarding the decision

Its before medical request and my previous status was received by Visa Office

Do you have similar kind of updates or double status is some thing else

Can anyone tell me about the education points. I am from Pakistan some years ago the graduation duration was 2 years but now its 4 years program. Mine was 2 year graduation and 2 years Masters? Can you tell me how many points I can get it? No.2 My additional Full time MBA is from UK and that was 18 months program. Can you tell me how many points I can get it. According to CIC website 17 years of full time education can get max points, so how many points I can get.
