Anyone with DOUBLE E-STATUS changed, In Process to "DECISION MADE" & "INPROCESS"

i have mailed chc new delhi regarding dual status, hope its an error and waiting for genuine response from chc.

Hi Vivis, I got the exactly the same status except different dates. I think it is positive news since it has the line, "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on <Date>". Most people that got rejected did not have this line and went from In Process without a date to Decision Made. However, some people think it is a system error with ECAS.

My NOC is 0213

I applied in Nov. 2010 and got the 1st AOR in Mar. 2010. The 2nd AOR was in Jun. 2010 and I have double status - DECISION MADE and IN PROCESS with the same details as you, stating that they have started processing my application in Jun. 2012 and a letter was semt. I am hoping that I get my medical request very soon, and I have ordered my GCMS to know my status.
