Job Bank is more of a requirement or formality to be completed to activate your Express Entry profile and enter the pool. As far as I remember, there is no case reported by an applicant where they were able to find a job via Job Bank. Also, please note that the alerts that you get/may get from Job Bank with regard to jobs matching your NOC will no way be close to what your actual NOC is. So the answer to your question is No.

If you are interested to look out for jobs, register on job sites, check out prospective company job postings on their websites , LinkedIn etc.

That would be mostly in the case of an inland applicant, I doubt whether it would be an outland applicant.
