Anyone PR applicants that live in Canada but choose OUTLAND?

Just wondering how do you answer IMM5490 Question 27: Have you & your sponsor lived together? No or Yes -> Give dates of cohabitation? Does it refer to cohabit before married time?

Question 28:

Are you currently living with your sponsor? Yes or No -> when did your sponsor return to Canada (day, month, year)?

Cohabitation doesn't mean just for before you're married. It's asking for any times you have lived together.

I'm in Canada with my husband on visitor status during the outland application process. I replied yes to both questions.
