Anyone know - Language Testing Points?

Hello fellow future Canadians!

My partner and I have been waiting many months with the oh-so close score of 443 points. We have taken IELTS for English, and received perfect scores. Now, with so many months going by and no ITA, I am wondering whether I should try to learn as much French as possible to try to earn a few more points with a second IELTS exam score.

Does anyone know how many points could possibly be earned for a second language? We have all our hopes and dreams resting on a future together in Canada, and if there's a way for us to earn more points, I will do it!

I think for second language with spouse it is 22 points maximum. Enough to get over 450.

If you do not have any Canadian experience, then I believe you can get a max of 22 pts and with Canadian exp you can get 70 pts.
Official languages proficiency - second official language

Maximum points for each ability (reading, writing, speaking and listening):
•6 with a spouse or common-law partner (up to a combined maximum of 22 points)
•6 without a spouse or common-law partner (up to a combined maximum of 24 points)
