Anyone having trouble with WES?

I submitted all my documents to WES on the 19th of Feb. The status still says reviewing my documents and I have no further action to take. Is anyone else facing a similar situation?

I've already emailed them and am waiting for their response meanwhile would like to know if anyone has been in a similar situation before and what they did about it?

What do you mean? What exactly are you expecting? It takes almost 2 months from receiving your documents for them to finish the evaluation.

Oh. I thought it was approximately 15 to 20 business days. A friend of mine had his Eca delivered 25 days after they received both hishis docume. So I was just wondering if I'd probably made a mistake or some other issue. Anyway thanks.

20 business days after getting all your documents and confirming they are correct and complete. Expect to wait longer. Mine took almost 7 weeks.
