Did anyone successfully get their PnP transferred to another profile?

What is your reason? How long did it take?

I sent my request letter last month and wondering if I will ever get a response.

Plenty of people did it successfully. Solely depends on the REASON why you requested.

As far as I know, OINP has done it for some applicants in 10 days while for some it took at least a month. In their case, their EE profile expired before they could get ITA or by mistake they edited something and their profile became ineligible.

Would I be rejected if my reasoning is not satisfying? Do I get some kinda rejection letter? I just want a response instead of waiting for nothing...

That should not be a problem.

That is a genuine reason. You should send another email for confirmation.

I got the points transferred to new profile in less than 2 weeks from the time I sent the email request.
There are instances as per the person I've asked that request wasn't granted if the reason for rejection has something to do with NOCs and job descriptions.

Oh no thats exactly my reason. I am missing list of duties in my job letter.

Are you OINP nominee as well? Don't stress yourself too much. Send a follow up email regarding your request. Its a case to case basis. Most officers have different perspective. As long as your nomination is not expired and you explain the reasons for rejection courteously there's no reason to worry.

My PNP transfer request just got turned down. He said:

Please be advised that we are unable to transfer your nomination from one Express Entry profile to another as your application with OINP nomination was refused by IRCC.

I am assuming he is saying he cannot transfer it because it was refused? Did anyone get their points transferred after refusal?

I heard from couple of guys that if NOC were the reason they OINP doesn't extend nomination...!! Sorry to hear this, though you can still appeal in your case if you think its usefull...!!

No the NOC isn't my issue... My issue is I missed list of duties in my job letter

Why dont you approach again with lidt of documents proving your NOC and ask them give you at least one chance. Its a human error, and you deserve once chance. Not listing doesn't degrade your eligibility..!!

yes I did, and the appeal was rejected again.

That is being said, they can reject you any time for missed, incomplete or misrepresented document.
