Anyone got SPP Visa (approved/refused) for Sep 2013 intake from New Delhi?

Just got a call from New Delhi CHC +91 11-41782000.
A telephonic interview of 12 minutes ended on a good note and I answered all their questions and I am really relieved now...... Oh Man!!!!!

All my documents have been verified by CHC office including IELTS just because of 1 CMJ document. All have been found true.
Had I not attached my CMJ marksheets I would have got my visa in 4 working days!!

CMJ University is the culprit due to which my application is withheld and of many others as they have not responded to any fax, letter or email of CHC. Similar issue is of all applicants of EIILM and other North Eastern Universities as per the CHC representative.

The decision would be done very soon .... This is what I was informed after which the phone call ended.

2nd Call from CHC in less than half an hour.

This time I was connected to a Visa Officer .... Only first name was told to me .... IAN.
7 minutes interview with lots of cross questioning but on a light note.

Again most of the conversation was primarily focused on CMJ .... and call ended stating that I should get an email or would be contacted through VFS at the earliest (no exact timeframe)

Now I am certain that the decision would be made any minute. I guess my last email did the trick .... it was pretty strong.
