Dear Sir/Madam,
The information is very generic and I am sorry to say that it is not of any assistance as you have mentioned "We estimate that the review may exceed the average processing timeframe set out on our website". Isn't the processing time on your website mentioned as 2 Weeks for New Delhi office and since it has been over 17 Weeks of processing it is evident that the processing time has definitely exceeded? Moreover its also clearly mentioned on your website that "we will answer your question only if our average processing time has been exceeded or if there is a problem. Had the processing time been not exceeded my enquiries do not qualify for a response.
Time and again reassurance that my application is under review and I would be contacted soon by your office was acceptable till some time earlier, however now that there are only 2 working days left before my classes begin its not relevant anymore.
I can only think of the phone call I received from your office on Monday 13th of May 2013 in which I was asked about my recent study and work experience. Both of which were not needed to secure the admission at Lambton College, Sarnia for post graduate diploma in international business as the eligibility was only Graduation degree and English language proficiency. Those were 2 additional documents that were not needed in the first place as per the SPP Checklist , however I added them after the strong recommendation of my consultant Career XL Services who are my representatives.
I have secured admission based on my Graduate degree and IELTS score , paid 1 year tuition fees , paid 1 year living expense through GIC of Scotia bank , provided medical report, family information and all other details as per the SPP checklist. I am just guessing here that those 2 extra documents could be the cause of this delay.
I am on tender hooks at the moment and can only humbly request you to provide the result within next 2 working days.
Even a visa approval after the sessions start would be no good to me.
I again would like to insist that kindly finalize my application as only 2 working days are left. Any further delay means missing this session in Canada and I am unable to wait any longer as I would then risk losing out on all the other options that I have in hand for Winter session of other countries.
If a review is not completed in 17 Weeks, chances are that it may take a lot more time which I am not prepared to wait.
Time lost can never be reclaimed and justice delayed is justice denied.
Kind regards
Azhar
