Anyone going to Quebec received a complete approval ?

Hi, everything is in the title. There seems to be a lot of people going to Ottawa/Ontario, but I haven’t seen anyone going to quebec getting an LI. Im trying to figure out if there’s a pattern following the province!

A big proportion of this forum is one nationality and Ontario is their most popular choice. Quebec has less English universities and colleges. Quebec is a great place to study for French and Belgians though, you pay Canadian out of province fees.

I have applied for study permit after getting LOA from Concordia(DLI of Quebec). There are lots of students attending in Quebec, Montreal as it is the best student cities in the world. But, Quebec is in red zone for the pandemic now. However, as per your question, yes some of them got permit, some of them yet to get AIP.
