Why are you going to such a small out of the way town in BC?
International students should in most cases stick to major Cities job prospects and quality are usually much higher.
Especially for Business and Computer Science type Programs.
It only makes sense to go to a small town if you are in something like natural resources / Forestry etc.
You should google / map the small towns and Stats Canada for prospects etc, check the towns website and business for jobs etc chances are slim for you as International Students for any type of jobs there.

When the leading local employer is the local Community College I would be looking for the quickest way out of town to Vancouver
Seriously you are aware you can change transfer Colleges no problem especially after you arrive in Canada.
Going to a small isolated town in BC is a waste of time for International Students IMO.
