Ok this is a serious question.

We just got our COPR today and want to flagpole this weekend at Coutts.

We were hoping to have a mini break away and see some friends on the way back and therefore need to take our dog!

Has anyone flagpoled with their dog in tow?! He has a pet passport issued by our vet in the UK and his rabies vaccine is in date.

Thanks for any help.

Haven't done it with a dog, but she has crossed the border repeatedly with us:

They are very laid back in Vancouver. She's current with her shots, but nobody has ever asked to see her records on the US or Canada side.

Just keep the vaccination records on hand, but as in the above comment, they might not even check.

I crossed the border with 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs--I handed them a folder with all of the documentation and the border guard literally handed it back to me without looking, haha.
