Anyone else having issues with the CIC online account?

Every time I try to sign in to my online account to view my application, the website keeps redirecting me back to the main cic homepage that says 'English/french'. Very rarely it redirects me to the terms and conditions page, and finally after the identity question, it redirects me back to the cic homepage that says 'English/french'.

It takes many attempts for me to finally reach my online account page that shows me my application status, messages and all that.

I've tried logging in both on a laptop and my cell phone.

Is anyone else going through this issue?

Hi,

Yes I face this issue everyday. There is some bug in the system.
I try deleting cache/history, using a different browser, and using incognito mode.

Haven't figured out a foolproof way yet. But rest assured, you are not alone in facing this.

Thank you for replying. It is a bit comforting to know its not only me.

I have sent an email to the cic web people to let them know of this issue.
