You are panicking for no reason. Current average processing time in India is 32 days for TRVs. (per CIC website) I personally know of people who applied middle of June and received visa in middle of July. Just wait and keep checking for updates. I expect you'll get the "request for passport"...

Hi, Yes I face this issue everyday. There is some bug in the system. I try deleting cache/history, using a different browser, and using incognito mode. Haven't figured out a foolproof way yet. But rest assured, you are not alone in facing this.
